The exciting worlds of modern gastronomy and aviation captivated us so much that we created FlyBy, a fusion of these two dynamic realms. Many well-known domestic and international pilots visit us regularly, some of whom were involved in the design and execution of our restaurant's unique interior. Thanks to the soaring of our shared ideas, we welcome our guests into a truly distinctive atmosphere, taking them on a journey not only through our unconventional steak dishes but also into the extraordinary world of our new, creative, and modern cuisine.
